"Loads of quirky bits"
There’s so much to choose from here, and loads of it is proper quirky. I had a good browse and kept spotting random little things I liked.

"Really easy site to use"
I used Puckator.co.uk for the first time it was really straightforward. The categories actually made sense, and when I searched for something, it brought up what I needed instead of sending me round in circles.
Checkout was quick and simple too, with no confusing steps or faffing about. Everything loaded properly on my phone, which is a big deal for me because if a site makes ordering a hassle, I’ll usually just leave and buy somewhere else. Easy 5 stars from me...

"Broken mug, but they sorted it fast"
One of the mugs showed up broken, and I felt a bit trapped at first, like I was going to be stuck dealing with a hassle. But they replied really quickly and sent out a replacement with no fuss at all

"Decent prices, but the quality can be hit or miss"
The prices are reasonable, so I can’t complain too much there. Not saying it’s a scam, but the quality isn’t always consistent, some things are fine, while others feel a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s okay value if you know what to expect.

I was looking for a few small presents and ended up ordering some cute bits from Puckator. it was all hassle-free, they arrived quickly, looked just like the photos, and everything was packed nicely. The prices were decent too, which always helps when you’re picking up a few little gifts. I’d definitely use them again next time I need something simple and cute.

"Fair prices for my little gift shop"
I’ve ordered from Puckator a few times now for my small gift shop, the prices have been really decent! It’s not always easy finding wholesale stock that feels affordable, but these have worked well for me.
I can pick up a nice mix of items without spending silly money, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to keep shelves looking full. The bulk pricing definitely helps too, it takes a bit of the pressure off.
Delivery has been fine so far, no drama or big fuss. Just straightforward ordering, fair value, and useful stock for my shop... can’t really ask for much more...

My order showed up exactly right — nothing missing, nothing wrong, which feels rare these days. I almost expected to have to chase something up, but nope, it was all there. Straightforward experience, which is kind of boring to talk about, but also exactly what you want
